Gingerbread Pancakes Recipe

These should be a Christmas essential! Super easy and so so tasty. I devoured the whole stack of pancakes and still wanted more. A great way to add a Christmas twist to our Buttermilk pancake mix.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup to top

Method / Directions

  1. Add your dry pancake mix, cinnamon, cloves and cinnamon to a large mixing bowl.

  2. Add 1 cup of water to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
