Customer made Banana Bread, TPP Style
Who doesn't love banana bread? Well even if you don't someone in your house will. It's a childhood classic!

Ingredients
- 1 cup of Buttermilk or Cookies & Cream TPP Mix
- Just under 1 cup of Water (add slowly)
- 3 old bananas (the reason for less water)
Method / Directions

Add your mix & water to a bowl, add your water in parts and mix until a thick batter is achieved

Mash your bananas & add to the mix

Pour into baking trays. Bake at 180C until cooked through
Pro tip: to see if it's baked through use the ol' knife trick... if comes out clean, it's ready!

It smells amazing and I don’t eat bananas. I used baking paper which was a messy mistake but I would definitely try this recipe again. Thanks for sharing!
