Ingredients

  • 30g Cinnamon Churro Protein Pancake Mix
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tbsp protein powder (vanilla recommended)
  • Splash of milk of choice
  • 50 ml egg whites
  • 50 g plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon (or to taste)
  • A drizzle of sugar-free Maple Syrup

For the topping (glaze):

  • 1 tbsp protein powder
  • Optional for the swirl: Monk fruit sweetener
  • Water (as needed to make a thick sauce)

Method / Directions

  1. Preheat the oven or air fryer to 330°F (165°C).

  2. Blend the batter: In a blender, combine flour, banana, protein powder, milk, egg whites, Greek yogurt, baking powder, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Prepare the swirl: Reserve a few spoonfuls of the batter and mix it with monk fruit and sugar-free honey.

  4. Assemble: Pour the main batter into a ramekin or small baking dish. Use the reserved mixture to create a spiral on top (you can use a piping bag or spoon).

  5. Bake: Place in the oven or air fryer for about 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  6. Make the glaze: Mix 1 tbsp protein powder with a splash of water, adding slowly until you reach a glaze-like consistency.

  7. Serve & enjoy: Let the baked oats cool slightly, drizzle with the glaze, and enjoy your warm and fluffy Cinnamon Roll Baked Pancake!
