Basically you must prove you reallllyyy don’t like our pancakes… we might ask for pics. 🤭 This 30-day money back guarantee only applies to our edibles, (please don't try to eat our accessories).

 

1. Eligibility

The guarantee is valid for first-time purchases of The Protein Pancake products only.

The 30-day period starts from the date of delivery.

Customers must have purchased directly from the official website (e.g., theproteinpancake.co) to be eligible.

 

2. Conditions for Refund

Customers must try at least one serving of the product.

The refund applies only to the first opened product, with any additional products returned unopened and in their original packaging.

Customers must return the remaining product (if applicable) to receive a refund.

 

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, customers must contact hello@theproteinpancake.co within 30 days of receiving their order.

Customers will need to provide proof of purchase (order number, email confirmation).

A return authorisation will be provided, along with instructions on where to send the returned product(s).

 

4. Refund Amount

Refunds will be issued for the cost of the product only, excluding shipping charges.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.

 

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was defective or an incorrect item was shipped.

If the product was defective, The Protein Pancake will cover the return shipping cost.

 

6. Exceptions

The guarantee does not apply to products purchased on sale, during promotional events, or from third-party retailers.

Products that are heavily consumed (more than half of the product) may not be eligible for a full refund.

 

7. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, e-books, or digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

8. Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 2-7 business days after receiving the returned product.

An email confirmation will be sent once the refund has been processed.
