We've teamed up with Carman's to bring you a simple yet satisfying twist on classic crepes, loaded with almond & hazelnut protein granola, greek yoghurt & fresh raspberries.

Yes... these are as fun to make as they are to eat. A match made in heaven! šŸ˜‡

Method / Directions

  1. Add your mix & water to a bowl. As we are making a crepe it should be really thin.Ā 

  2. Preheat TheĀ Pancake Pan to a medium heat.Ā 
  3. Pour out half the mix onto the pan, this should make a thin layer across the whole pan.
  4. Now for the beauty of the crepe, because they are so thin you won't need to flip them if you've got the batter the right consistency and cooked them long enough. They should cook through and create a soft, thin delicious crepe ready for toppings!

Tip: We noticed you could just leave the crepe to cook for a long time without worrying about nailing the cook time. Overcooking just makes them slightly more crispy šŸ˜®ā€šŸ’Ø
