A sweet, nutritious topping idea for you to flip up next time. Add some extra protein with organic vanilla bean yoghurt and some crunch with chocolate granola. We drizzled with Maple Syrup still... of course!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of vanilla yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup of chocolate granola

Method / Directions

  1. Mix up a batch of Buttermilk protein pancakes using our mix and the water.

  2. Simply top with your Vanilla Yoghurt and sprinkle over some granola.

  3. Drizzle over some Maple Syrup for the final touch. Devour!
