Hi, I'm The Waffle Maker, and I'm about to turn your pancake game into a pretty damn strong waffle game! I'm coated in non-stick and am free from harmful chemicals for optimal waffle cooking and removal.

Traditional non-stick coatings often relied on PFAS chemicals like PFOA to create that ultra-slick, long-lasting surface. Without those chemicals, we’re using a safer alternative — which is great for health and the environment. But the trade-off is that these PFAS-free coatings can be more delicate. Especially if the surface gets scratched or if it’s not cared for properly (Waffle's may stick over time).

Meet the Waffle Maker:

How to flip:

Measure out 1/4 cup of The Protein Pancake mixture per pancake and add to a mixing bowl. Measure out 1/4 cup (60ml) of water per pancake and add to the mixing bowl (thicker batter = fluffier cakes).

Gently stir mixture until combined. Avoid over mixing the batter for fluffy results.
Bring a pan to medium heat. Use butter or coconut oil to coat the pan. Pour to size.

Cook pancakes until bubbles appear. Use a thin, wide spatula to flip the pancake.

Cook until golden brown on both sides. Add toppings of your choice and devour!
Step 1:
