Are our pancakes vegan?
We do not currently have a vegan range of pancakes as we use whey in our pancakes. They contain a blend of Whey Protein Isolate and Pea Protein Isolate. This enables us to bring you the best protein content and still upkeep that fluffy pancake everyone loves. However, we hope to release a vegan range in the future!
Do they have a 'proteiny' taste?
Our pancakes are designed to taste like normal pancakes but have all the health benefits of a better ingredient list. So we think (and all our customers say) they don't have the proteiny taste and are just as fluffy & delicious as normal pancakes!
Are they safe for children?
Protein pancakes should be suitable for consumption at your discretion and perhaps worth checking with your local doctor first. Although we believe our pancakes are an even healthier alternative than traditional pancakes and a great way for kids to get a high protein breakfast in to start the day!
We use natural ingredients and have Whey Protein Isolate and Pea Protein Isolate which generally is accepted to be suitable for children but that is the parent or guardians choice.
Do they contain gluten?
Yes they do.
The backbone of our product is a high quality wheat flour which does contain gluten but does allow us to create the fluffiest pancakes possible.
Any nuts or allergens?
All pancake mixes contain Dairy from the Whey Protein.
Our products could have traces of allergens such as; soy, eggs, peanuts or tree nuts. However, our facility does not handle any of the listed allergens but to be safe and to account for our ingredient suppliers... we have to consider any possibilities and look after all of our customers.
What are they made from?
Our protein pancake mix is made from high quality natural ingredients including whey protein isolate, wheat flour, pea protein isolate and maca powder. Please see our full list of ingredients here.

Are they suitable for children?

Can I eat if I'm pregnant / breastfeeding?
We would recommend checking with your local doctor for advice on consumption whilst pregnant and making yourself aware of our full list of ingredients here.
Protein pancakes should be suitable for consumption whilst pregnant at your own discretion with the guidance of your health care practitioner. We use natural ingredients and have Whey Protein Isolate and Pea Protein Isolate which should be okay but please double check you are okay with this first!
Is your packaging Recyclable?
Our pancake pouches are soft plastic and need to be dropped off to store via the RedCycle program in AUS or the Soft Plastic Program in NZ!
The packaging that we use to ship is 100% recyclable including; the box, the tape and the cards.

What do I actually get in my order?
Glad you asked. In your selected sizes, a stand up pouch full of a dry protein pancake mix. Our bags don't include a plastic scoop, but a 1/4 cup will suffice (and save on waste). This gets packaged with our template card in a box and shipped straight to your doorstep.
Serving.
How much is one serving?
One serving is 40 grams which can be measured out using a 1/4 cup of our dry mix.
This makes 1 pancake. (or break it up into smaller pancakes... whatever floats your boat!)
How many serves per bag?
Medium Bag = 500g of pancake mix.
- 13 Servings.
Large Bag = 1kg of pancake mix.
- 25 Servings.
What are the macros / calories per serving?

How do I make your protein pancakes?
Our protein pancakes are designed to be easy as possible... simply add equal part mix to equal part water.

Shipping.
What's the deal with shipping?
Australia Post is our deal. Your order will be processed and sent from our warehouse in South Australia within 2 business days, using tracked shipping via AusPost for Australian and International orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely we do. We ship across the globe, no flipper gets left behind!
As we continue to expand internationally we are always striving to improve our international shipping times. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
Will I be charged import taxes for my international shipment?
Generally speaking you shouldn't be charged an import tax for 'packet pancake mix'. Our product falls under the HS code 1901.20. The following countries should be avoid import taxes:
- United States
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Mexico
- Japan
The European union may be charged at 4% but some countries in the EU may be exempt. Please check your countries import laws to see how it may differ from these general guides.
We are also quite new to this confusing landscape and would appreciate feedback with our international shipping regarding delivery times and import taxes you may or may not receive. Thanks!
How do I track my order?
We will provide you with a tracking number for all purchases so you can watch it every step of the way. Visit our Shipping Policy page for more information.
What are the shipping times?
Generally your order will be shipped same day if it placed before 1pm ACST. Although we do allow up to 2 business days for packing and sending. Public holidays and weekends are excluded as the postage services are closed.
We use AusPost for all of our deliveries and estimates have been sourced from the AusPost service updates. Please note these may vary pending time of year.
Subscription / Account.
How do I login to my account / access my subscription?
- Login to your store account here or from the icon at the top right of the store.
- If logging in doesn't work. Try creating an account, this may resolve the issue of accessing your account / modifying your subscription.
- Once logged in there is a red 'manage subscription' button at the top. Or click here to manage your subscription list.
Can I adjust my subscription?
Absolutely! From your subscription profile page you can adjust the delivery date, add or delete products or pause your subscription.
