Hi, I'm Buttermilk. Great to meet you. I am a creamy Buttermilk and smooth vanilla flavour, which creates a traditional pancake flavour you'll love. How to flip:

Measure out 1/4 cup of The Protein Pancake mixture per pancake and add to a mixing bowl. Measure out 1/4 cup (60ml) of water per pancake and add to the mixing bowl (thicker batter = fluffier cakes).

Gently stir mixture until combined. Avoid over mixing the batter for fluffy results.
Bring a pan to medium heat. Use butter or coconut oil to coat the pan. Pour to size.

Cook pancakes until bubbles appear. Use a thin, wide spatula to flip the pancake.

Cook until golden brown on both sides. Add toppings of your choice and devour!
Step 1:
Add 1/4 cup pancake mix and 1/4 cup water per pancake to mixing bowl.
Step 2:
Stir mixture gently until combined. Heat pan to medium, coat with butter or oil. Pour to size.
Step 3:
Cook pancakes until bubbles appear. Use a thin, wide spatula to flip the pancake.
Step 4:
Cook until golden brow on both sides. Add toppings of your choice and devour!

FAQ
Are your pancakes vegan?
Unfortunately not, our fluffy cakes contain Whey Protein Isolate. We have tested & tested to try and get a winning vegan recipe but we can't release something we aren't happy with the quality of. The result is much 'mushier' than our current Vegetarian mix! We will keep trying though.
Do your pancakes have a âproteinyâ taste?
We wouldn't do that to you! Our pancakes are designed to taste like regular pancakes without the typical âproteinyâ taste, while providing all the health benefits.
How much is 1 serve?
1 serve = 1 LARGE pancake = 1/4 cup of mix = 40 grams
People often split this serve into several smaller pancakes & the size of the pancake will obviously vary depending on batter thickness.
As you can tell, we like to keep things SIMPLE.
Are your pancakes safe for children?
Yes, they are a healthy alternative to traditional pancakes and a great way to provide kids with a high-protein breakfast. However, if you are worried we would recommend checking with your Doctor or Health Care professional first.
Do your pancakes contain gluten?
Yes, we use a high-quality Wheat flour which enables us to get the fluffiest results! We do have a GF version in testing that we are just about happy with... đ
What allergens are in your pancakes?
Our pancakes contain dairy (from the whey protein) and may have traces of soy, eggs, peanuts, or tree nuts (to be safe and to account for our ingredient suppliers... we have to consider any possibilities and look after all of our customers).
