Cinnamon Scroll Pancakes

It's so easy, just our protein pancake mix swirled with a touch of cinnamon and icing sugar for a perfect, protein-packed sweet treat. It's like a cozy cinnamon roll, but in pancake form!

 

Prep Time - 4 minutes

Cook Time - 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of Salted Caramel Protein Pancake Mix
  • 1/2 cup of water

Cinnamon Swirl Part

  • ¼ cup of TPP mix

  • ½ cup of water (adjust for consistency)

  • ¼ cup of icing sugar

  • 1 tsp or cinnamon

 

Method / Directions

  1. Whip up a standard batch of Salted Caramel protein pancakes.

  2. Prepare your cinnamon mix with some more pancake mixture and the extra ingredients. Add it to a piping bag or zip lock bag and cut off the corner.

  3. Pour out a pancake onto your pan.

  4. Pipe on a swirl of the cinnamon topping before flipping.

  5. Continue cooking until golden brown and serve up with maple syrup and a touch more icing sugar! 😮‍💨
