Hi, I'm Buttermilk. Great to meet you. I am a creamy Buttermilk and smooth vanilla flavour, which creates a traditional pancake flavour you'll love. I'm the favourite child... even if I do say so myself. I still leave out all the nasties like added sugar, oils, gums and GMOs, so you can flip me worry-free.
Ingredients: Wheaten flour, Whey protein isolate, Pea protein isolate, Baking powder, Bicarbonate soda, Maca powder, Sea salt, Thaumatin (natural sweetener), Natural Flavouring

Ingredients: Wheaten flour, Whey protein isolate, Pea protein isolate, Baking powder, Bicarbonate soda, Maca powder, Sea salt, Thaumatin (natural sweetener), Natural Flavouring
How to flip:

Measure out 1/4 cup of The Protein Pancake mixture per pancake and add to a mixing bowl. Measure out 1/4 cup (60ml) of water per pancake and add to the mixing bowl (thicker batter = fluffier cakes).

Gently stir mixture until combined. Avoid over mixing the batter for fluffy results.
Bring a pan to medium heat. Use butter or coconut oil to coat the pan. Pour to size.

Cook pancakes until bubbles appear. Use a thin, wide spatula to flip the pancake.

Cook until golden brown on both sides. Add toppings of your choice and devour!

Step 1:
Add 1/4 cup pancake mix and 1/4 cup water per pancake to mixing bowl.

Step 2:
Stir mixture gently until combined. Heat pan to medium, coat with butter or oil. Pour to size.

Step 3:

Step 4:
Cook until golden brown on both sides. Add toppings of your choice and devour!
