Ingredients
Ingredients (for one bowl)
- 1/3 cup Cinnamon Churro Protein Pancake Mix
- 15g vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup almond milk
Cinnamon Swirl
- 1 tsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp of the prepared pancake batter
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Sweetener to taste (monk fruit, stevia, etc.)
Frosting
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp light cream cheese
- Splash of vanilla extract
- Sweetener to taste

Method / Directions
- Mix the base: Combine all base ingredients in an oven safe bowl.
- Make the cinnamon swirl: Mix the melted butter, 2 tbsp of the prepared pancake batter, cinnamon, and sweetener until smooth. Pipe or spoon it in a swirl pattern on top of the batter.
- Cook:
- Oven: Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25–30 minutes
- Microwave: Cook for 3–4 minutes, until set
- Make the frosting: Stir together the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, vanilla extract, and sweetener until creamy.
- Serve: Drizzle or spread the frosting over the warm pancake bowl and enjoy your high-protein cinnamon roll breakfast!
