Pumpkin Spice Baked Pancake Bowl 🎃🥞

It's spooky season so thought we'd get in the spirit with our Pumpkin Pancake Bowls. These delicious baked bowls are a great way to switch up from just having eggs for breakfast. Plus they're super easy to make or even meal-prep ahead of time - then pop them in the oven or microwave!

    Method / Directions

    1. Mix all ingredients (except toppings) until smooth.
    2. Divide into 2 greased oven-safe bowls.
    3. Top with seeds + chocolate chips.
    4. Bake 350°F (18–20 min) or microwave 2–3 min.
    5. Enjoy warm! 🍂
