Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of Maple Bacon Protein Pancake Mix
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Maple Syrup to dunk / pour over
Method / Directions

Preheat your waffle maker.

Mix up your pancake mix and water into a batter. We suggest adding your water slowly and keeping the mixture thicker for waffles.

Add your 1 tbsp of olive oil to the mix and stir through well.

Pour your combined mix onto your waffle maker and anxiously wait for 7 minutes. (this amount of time should ensure it’s nice and crispy!)

Remove, top with maple syrup and devour. Or… you could add your maple syrup to a small dish and just dunk each quarter of your waffle in like a little sandwich! (great for a snack)
