Banana Biscoff Pancake Stack Recipe 🍌🥞
This one is a favourite pancake topping at TPP HQ. Melted biscoff sauce, sliced banana a dash of maple syrup... oh and a crushed topping of biscoff biscuits if you're feeling naughty.
Obviously we've made an overly large stack but here's a recipe that feeds 2!

Ingredients

1 cup Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix

- 1 cup of Water
Toppings
- 2 tbsp Biscoff spread
- 1-2 tbsp of milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 banana sliced

Method / Directions
- Add the pancake mix and water in a bowl & mix until combined.
- Add some butter or coconut oil to a pancake pan and cook until golden brown on both sides... I'm sure you know how to cook pancakes by now.
- Stack them up high then add your toppings;
Toppings
- In a microwave bowl - combine the biscoff spread and add 1 tbsp of milk. Microwave for short 10-20 sec intervals, taking out to mix and combine the milk and spread.
- Repeat and add more milk gradually to get a thin sauce.
- Try not to overcook the spread it starts to seperate and you'll have to start again.
- Simple slice your banana, add this to your stack.
- Then pour over your biscoff sauce, maple syrup and crush some biscoff biscuits over the top.
