Cinnamon Scroll Meal Prep Pancakes

Ingredients

Method / Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C fan-forced.
  2. To an oven-safe container, add the egg, yoghurt and milk. Whisk until well combined. Stir in the maple syrup.
  3. Add The Protein Pancake Cinnamon Churro Flavour Pancake mix and whisk until no remaining streaks.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the butter, cinnamon and brown sugar until sugar has dissolved. Drizzle into the pancake batter.
  5. Bake for 20-25 mins until golden and cooked through. Allow to cool before topping or placing lid on container.

Optional: top with yoghurt, fruit of choice and a drizzle of maple syrup.
