Ingredients
- 1 cup Cookies & Cream Protein Pancake Mix
- 2 tsp sweetener of choice (stevia, erythritol, or monk fruit)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup milk of choice (almond, soy, or dairy)
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (for frosting)
- 1 tbsp low-fat cream cheese (for frosting)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (for frosting)
- 2-3 Oreo cookies, crushed (for topping)

Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease silicone donut molds.
Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together the Cookies & Cream Protein Pancake Mix, sweetener, and baking powder.
Step 3: Add the milk and mix until you have a smooth, thick batter with no lumps.
Step 4: Divide the batter evenly between 9 donut molds, filling each about 2/3 full.
Step 5: Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean and donuts spring back when lightly touched.
Step 6: Let donuts cool in molds for 5 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Step 7: Meanwhile, make the frosting by mixing Greek yogurt, cream cheese, vanilla extract, and sweetener to taste until smooth and creamy.
Step 8: Once donuts are completely cool, spread frosting on top and sprinkle with crushed Oreos.
💡 Tips
Pro tip: Don't overfill the molds or your donuts will lose their classic shape. For extra indulgence, dip the whole donut in frosting instead of just the top!
