A higher protein twist on the classic Banana Bread. They say the key to a man's heart is to bake him Banana Bread as it taps into his fond childhood memories of fresh, warm banana bread baked by his mother. Anyway... we'll let you put that to the test.

Protein Banana Bread Recipe

Prep Time - 8 minutes

Cook Time - 40-45 minutes

Serves - 1 loaf

Ingredients

Method / Directions

Step 1 - Preheat oven to 180ºC

Step 2 - ⁣In a large bowl mash bananas then add greek yogurt and the egg. Mix well then add the milk. 

Step 3 - Once wet ingredients are combined, add pancake mix and fold to combine.

Step 4 ⁃ ⁣Chocolate Option: Add 1/2 batter to a lined loaf tin then add cocoa powder to the other 1/2 of your batter. Mix well then add the second half of the batter to the loaf tin. Swirl to lightly mix. 

Step 5 ⁃ ⁣Bake 180ºC for 45 minutes and enjoy!
