Best Gingerbread Pancakes
The Protein Pancake
These should be a Christmas essential! Super easy and so so tasty. I devoured the whole stack of pancakes and still wanted more. A great way to add a Christmas twist to our Buttermilk pancake mix.
¾ teaspoon ground ginger
¾ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
1 cup Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix
1 cup water
¼ cup maple syrup to top
Add your dry pancake mix, cinnamon, cloves and cinnamon to a large mixing bowl.
Add 1 cup of water to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Time to get flipping, pour your pancake mix into the pan... and cook until golden brown. You know the drill.
Stack up your pancakes and pour over some maple!
Only 658 calories AND the nutritional figures even includes the maple syrup and two gingerbread men! This will make 2 serves which is 1/2 cup of Buttermilk protein pancake mix each and about 3-4 pancakes per serve.
