Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely we do. We ship across the globe, no flipper gets left behind!

Will I be charged import taxes for my international shipment?
Generally speaking you shouldn't be charged an import tax for 'packet pancake mix'. Our product falls under the HS code 1901.20. The following countries should be avoid import taxes:
- United States
- United Kingdom
The European union may be charged at 4% but some countries in the EU may be exempt. Please check your countries import laws to see how it may differ from these general guides.
We are also quite new to this confusing landscape and would appreciate feedback with our international shipping regarding delivery times and import taxes you may or may not receive. Thanks!
How do I login to my account / access my subscription? Or change my subscription?
- Login to your store account here or from the icon at the top right of the store.
- If logging in doesn't work. Try creating an account, this may resolve the issue of accessing your account / modifying your subscription.
- Once logged in there is a red 'manage subscription' button at the top. Or click here to manage your subscription list.
Step 2 - Access Subscriptions
This is your account page and will reflect all your previous orders. Click 'manage subscriptions' at the top!
Step 3 - Manage
Here you can add, delete, pause, reschedule your subscription to whatever you need.
