- 80 g Salted Caramel Protein Pancake Mix
- 120 ml water
- 15 g Biscoff spread (melted)
- 100 g fresh strawberries (hulled and sliced)
- 2 Biscoff biscuits (roughly crumbled)

Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your waffle maker and lightly grease it with cooking spray or a small amount of butter.
Step 2: In a bowl, combine the Salted Caramel Protein Pancake Mix and water. Stir until you get a smooth, pourable batter with no lumps.
Step 3: Pour the batter into the waffle maker in batches and cook until golden and crisp — usually 4–6 minutes per waffle. Repeat until you've made all 3 waffles.
Step 4: While the waffles cook, melt the Biscoff spread in the microwave for 20–30 seconds, stirring until smooth and drizzleable.
Step 5: Stack the waffles and drizzle with most of the melted Biscoff spread.
Step 6: Top with sliced strawberries, crumbled Biscoff biscuits, and a final drizzle of the remaining Biscoff spread. Serve immediately.
