How to flip:
1/4 cup mixture, 1/4 cup of water. Add to the mixing bowl (thicker batter = fluffier cakes).
Gently stir mixture until combined.
Avoid over mixing the batter for fluffy results.
Pan to medium heat. Add butter or coconut oil.
Cook pancakes until bubbles appear.
Cook until golden brown on both sides.
Add toppings of your choice and devour!

Are your pancakes vegan? +
Unfortunately not, our fluffy cakes contain Whey Protein Isolate. We have tested & tested to try and get a winning vegan recipe but we can't release something we aren't happy with the quality of. The result is much 'mushier' than our current Vegetarian mix! We will keep trying though.
Do your pancakes have a 'proteiny' taste? +
We wouldn't do that to you! Our pancakes are designed to taste like regular pancakes without the typical 'proteiny' taste, while providing all the health benefits.
How much is 1 serve? +
1 serve = 1 LARGE pancake = 1/4 cup of mix = 40 grams
People often split this serve into several smaller pancakes & the size of the pancake will obviously vary depending on batter thickness.
As you can tell, we like to keep things SIMPLE.
Are your pancakes safe for children? +
Yes, they are a healthy alternative to traditional pancakes and a great way to provide kids with a high-protein breakfast. However, if you are worried we would recommend checking with your Doctor or Health Care professional first.
Do your pancakes contain gluten? +
Yes, our original range uses high-quality wheat flour for the fluffiest results.
But we've got great news! Our first gluten-free Buttermilk pancake is here, same delicious taste, now without the gluten. Worry-free flipping starts now!
What allergens are in your pancakes? +
Our pancakes contain dairy (from the whey protein) and may have traces of soy, eggs, peanuts, or tree nuts (to be safe and to account for our ingredient suppliers... we have to consider any possibilities and look after all of our customers).
What are the main ingredients in your pancakes? +
Only the best for you! Our protein pancake mix is made from high quality natural ingredients including whey protein isolate, wheat flour, pea protein isolate and maca powder.
Do you ship internationally? +
We only ship to Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
This is so that we only ship to regions we can service reliably, quickly and sustainably.
Australia & New Zealand are serviced by our warehouse in Victoria. United Kingdom orders are serviced by our warehouse in Manchester.

No, you shouldn't be. All orders are duties paid, included in the total price you pay at checkout.

Is your packaging recyclable? +
You bet it is! We had specifically selected our pouches to be soft plastic recyclable through programs like RedCycle in Australia, even though it's currently paused...
All of our boxes, packing materials and even tape is recyclable so you can chuck the whole thing in the recycling after delivery.
