Ingredients
- 30g Cinnamon Churro Protein Pancake Mix
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tbsp protein powder (vanilla recommended)
- Splash of milk of choice
- 50 ml egg whites
- 50 g plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon (or to taste)
- A drizzle of sugar-free Maple Syrup
For the topping (glaze):
- 1 tbsp protein powder
- Optional for the swirl: Monk fruit sweetener
- Water (as needed to make a thick sauce)
Method / Directions

Preheat the oven or air fryer to 330°F (165°C).

Blend the batter: In a blender, combine flour, banana, protein powder, milk, egg whites, Greek yogurt, baking powder, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Prepare the swirl: Reserve a few spoonfuls of the batter and mix it with monk fruit and sugar-free honey.

Assemble: Pour the main batter into a ramekin or small baking dish. Use the reserved mixture to create a spiral on top (you can use a piping bag or spoon).

Bake: Place in the oven or air fryer for about 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Make the glaze: Mix 1 tbsp protein powder with a splash of water, adding slowly until you reach a glaze-like consistency.
