Cook Time – 25–30 min or 3–4 minutes

Ingredients

Caramelised apples:

  • 1 finely chopped apple
  • A dash of cinnamon
  • A dash of monk fruit
  • A splash of water

    Method / Directions

    1. Simply grab an oven or microwave safe bowl, add your pancake mix, caramalised apples, sweetener, egg and milk and mix until combined.
    2. Bake at 180°C for about 25-30 minutes or microwave for 3-4 minutes. Allow them to cool for a few minutes and decorate with peanut butter.

    3. Top with sliced apple! 

    For the caramelised apples to mix in: 

    1. Bring a small saucepan to medium heat.
    2. Add 1 finely chopped apple, dash of cinnamon, monk fruit and a splash of water
    3. Allow to cook for 5 minutes till soft.
