Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix or Cinnamon Churro Protein Pancake MixNeed it Gluten Free? Use our Gluten Free Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix
- ¼ - ½ cup of milk (almond milk if preferred)
- 1 egg

1 tsp monk fruit or sweetener of choice
Caramelised apples:
- 1 finely chopped apple
- A dash of cinnamon
- A dash of monk fruit
- A splash of water

Method / Directions
- Simply grab an oven or microwave safe bowl, add your pancake mix, caramalised apples, sweetener, egg and milk and mix until combined.

Bake at 180°C for about 25-30 minutes or microwave for 3-4 minutes. Allow them to cool for a few minutes and decorate with peanut butter.
- Top with sliced apple!
For the caramelised apples to mix in:
- Bring a small saucepan to medium heat.
- Add 1 finely chopped apple, dash of cinnamon, monk fruit and a splash of water
- Allow to cook for 5 minutes till soft.
