Basically you must prove you reallllyyy don’t like our pancakes… we might ask for pics. 🤭 This 30-day money back guarantee only applies to our edibles, (please don't try to eat our accessories).
1. Eligibility
• The guarantee is valid for first-time purchases of The Protein Pancake products only.
• The 30-day period starts from the date of delivery.
• Customers must have purchased directly from the official website (e.g., theproteinpancake.co) to be eligible.
2. Conditions for Refund
• Customers must try at least one serving of the product.
• The refund applies only to the first opened product, with any additional products returned unopened and in their original packaging.
• Customers must return the remaining product (if applicable) to receive a refund.
3. Refund Process
• To initiate a refund, customers must contact hello@theproteinpancake.co within 30 days of receiving their order.
• Customers will need to provide proof of purchase (order number, email confirmation).
• A return authorisation will be provided, along with instructions on where to send the returned product(s).
4. Refund Amount
• Refunds will be issued for the cost of the product only, excluding shipping charges.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
5. Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was defective or an incorrect item was shipped.
• If the product was defective, The Protein Pancake will cover the return shipping cost.
6. Exceptions
• The guarantee does not apply to products purchased on sale, during promotional events, or from third-party retailers.
• Products that are heavily consumed (more than half of the product) may not be eligible for a full refund.
7. Non-Returnable Items
• Gift cards, e-books, or digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
8. Processing Time
• Refunds will be processed within 2-7 business days after receiving the returned product.
• An email confirmation will be sent once the refund has been processed.
