How to flip:

Measure out 1/4 cup of The Protein Pancake mixture per pancake and add to a mixing bowl. Measure out 1/4 cup (60ml) of water per pancake and add to the mixing bowl (thicker batter = fluffier cakes).

Gently stir mixture until combined. Avoid over mixing the batter for fluffy results.


Bring a pan to medium heat. Use butter or coconut oil to coat the pan. Pour to size.
