Apple Pie Protein Pancakes 🍎
This topping might seem too hard, but it's actually super easy to mix up some caramelised apples at the same time as your pancakes and have them both ready at the same time! Trust us, it's worth it.

Ingredients
- ½ cup Maple Protein Pancake Mix
- ½ cup water
- 1 medium apple (diced)
- 2 tbsp cottage cheese
- ½–1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp zero-cal sweetener (monk fruit/stevia)
- Maple syrup (sugar-free or regular, to taste)
Method / Directions
- Mix protein pancake mix + water. Cook pancakes in a nonstick pan.
- For caramelised apples: In a pan, cook diced apple with cinnamon + sweetener + splash of water until golden and soft.
- Top pancakes with cottage cheese, caramelised apples & a drizzle of maple syrup. Enjoy! 😋
