Shoutout to @emmawattnutrition for this epic idea. We never cease to be amazed by the awesome recipes you come up with using our mix. What even are we again?? Pancakes who? 

 

Prep Time - 3 minutes

Cook Time - 10 minutes

Serves - 12-14 balls

Ingredients

Method / Directions

  1. To a food processor, add the oats, peanut butter, maple syrup, pancake mix and 2 tbsp of water.

  2. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as you go. If the mixture is too dry, gradually add a bit more water.

  3. Roll into balls then place in the freezer for 10 minutes.

  4. Melt the white chocolate and coconut oil together. Drizzle over the bliss balls then place in the fridge to set for a further 5 minutes. Enjoy!
