Gluten Free Buttermilk - 500g
Hi, I'm Buttermilk's GF. Great to meet you. I am a creamy buttermilk and smooth vanilla flavour, which creates a traditional pancake taste you'll love. Even though I taste like the best-selling Buttermilk, I’m free from gluten and other common allergens too and still leave out all the nasties like added sugars, oils, and GMOs... so you can flip me worry-free.
Ingredients: Starch (Potato, Maize), Whey Protein Isolate (Milk), Rice Flour, Pea Protein Isolate, Dietary Fibre (Inulin), Baking Powder (Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate), Maca Powder, Thickeners (Carboxymethylcellulose, Xanthan), Natural Flavours, Salt, Natural Sweetener (Thaumatin).

Ingredients: Starch (Potato, Maize), Whey Protein Isolate (Milk), Rice Flour, Pea Protein Isolate, Dietary Fibre (Inulin), Baking Powder (Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate), Maca Powder, Thickeners (Carboxymethylcellulose, Xanthan), Natural Flavours, Salt, Natural Sweetener (Thaumatin).
How to flip:

Measure out 1/4 cup of The Protein Pancake mixture per pancake and add to a mixing bowl. Measure out 1/4 cup (60ml) of water per pancake and add to the mixing bowl (thicker batter = fluffier cakes).

Gently stir mixture until combined. Avoid over mixing the batter for fluffy results.
Bring a pan to medium heat. Use butter or coconut oil to coat the pan. Pour to size.

Cook pancakes until bubbles appear. Use a thin, wide spatula to flip the pancake.

Cook until golden brown on both sides. Add toppings of your choice and devour!

Step 1:
Add 1/4 cup pancake mix and 1/4 cup water per pancake to mixing bowl.

Step 2:
Stir mixture gently until combined. Heat pan to medium, coat with butter or oil. Pour to size.

Step 3:
Cook pancakes until bubbles appear. Use a thin, wide spatula to flip the pancake.

Step 4:
Cook until golden brown on both sides. Add toppings of your choice and devour!
