How to flip:

Measure out 1/4 cup of The Protein Pancake mixture per pancake and add to a mixing bowl. Measure out 1/4 cup (60ml) of water per pancake and add to the mixing bowl (thicker batter = fluffier cakes).

Gently stir mixture until combined. Avoid over mixing the batter for fluffy results.
Bring a pan to medium heat. Use butter or coconut oil to coat the pan. Pour to size.

Cook pancakes until bubbles appear. Use a thin, wide spatula to flip the pancake.

Cook until golden brown on both sides. Add toppings of your choice and devour!

The first one I did turned out like a crepe and with banana and blueberries and cinnamon wrapped it up and munch. Was so good. The second one I made thicker and was good too. Hard to tell you how tasty it was so give it a try so worth it
Was sceptical to try but once they arrived I was pleasantly surprised. Being able to make one pancake at a time reduces waste and they are filling and flavourful. So glad I decided to try them. My new weekend breakfast with sugar free syrup and fruit

FAQ
Are your pancakes vegan?
Unfortunately not, our fluffy cakes contain Whey Protein Isolate. We have tested & tested to try and get a winning vegan recipe but we can't release something we aren't happy with the quality of. The result is much 'mushier' than our current Vegetarian mix! We will keep trying though.
Do your pancakes have a ‘proteiny’ taste?
We wouldn't do that to you! Our pancakes are designed to taste like regular pancakes without the typical ‘proteiny’ taste, while providing all the health benefits.
How much is 1 serve?
1 serve = 1 LARGE pancake = 1/4 cup of mix = 40 grams
People often split this serve into several smaller pancakes & the size of the pancake will obviously vary depending on batter thickness.
As you can tell, we like to keep things SIMPLE.
Are your pancakes safe for children?
Yes, they are a healthy alternative to traditional pancakes and a great way to provide kids with a high-protein breakfast. However, if you are worried we would recommend checking with your Doctor or Health Care professional first.
Do your pancakes contain gluten?
Yes, we use a high-quality Wheat flour which enables us to get the fluffiest results! We do have a GF version in testing that we are just about happy with... 👀
What allergens are in your pancakes?
Our pancakes contain dairy (from the whey protein) and may have traces of soy, eggs, peanuts, or tree nuts (to be safe and to account for our ingredient suppliers... we have to consider any possibilities and look after all of our customers).
What are the main ingredients in your pancakes?
Only the best for you! Our protein pancake mix is made from high quality natural ingredients including whey protein isolate, wheat flour, pea protein isolate and maca powder. Please see our full list of ingredients here.
