Baking pancakes is a nice set and forget way to enjoy a delicious breakfast & incorporated some nice melted / baked toppings.

Cook Time - 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chocolate Protein Pancake Mix
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup of fresh blueberries

  • ½ cup of fresh raspberries

  • 2 rows of broken up dark chocolate (optional)

Topping Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons Biscoff spread

  • Milk (we used oat)

Method / Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees centigrade.

  2. Whip up a batch of your Chocolate The Protein Pancake in a mixing bowl.

  3. Grease your baking tray with butter or oil to prevent sticking. Once greased pour your pancake mix into the tray evenly.

  4. Start pushing your fresh fruit and dark chocolate chunks into the mix.

  5. Pop your baking tray into the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Just until it’s cooked through.

Biscoff Topping Sauce

  1. Add 2 tablespoons of biscoff spread to a saucepan on low heat.

  2. Gradually add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until you reach a consistency suitable for pouring over the baked protein pancakes.
