We know you guys are loving our famous pancake bowls at the moment, so here's another version of our classic Blueberry Pancake Bowl. All the flavour of a blueberry muffin in a protein-packed pancake bowl. With 35g of protein and only 375 calories, it's perfect for busy mornings or meal prep! We used our Maple flavoured protein pancake mix but this also works really well with our Buttermilk flavour. Optional: if you want more protein add the extra scoop of protein powder listed below. Otherwise, feel free to leave it out ā they're already packed with protein as is!

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Buttermilk or Maple Protein Pancake Mix
- 15 g vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp low-fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 small egg
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 1 handful fresh blueberries
- 1 serve sugar-free syrup

Pro tip: For a quicker option, microwave the batter in a microwave-safe bowl for 3-4 minutes, checking at 30-second intervals until set. Perfect for meal prep ā make multiple bowls and reheat throughout the week! For meal prep storage, we love IKEA's 600ml square glass food container with lid.
