Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup of Chocolate flavoured protein pancake mix
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 small egg
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • Banana and chocolate chips to top
  • For extra protein: 15g chocolate protein powder

āœ… Optional Topping: a drizzle of sugar-free maple syrup after baking!

Method / Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix pancake mix, protein powder, baking powder, yogurt, egg, and almond milk.
  3. Pour into a greased or lined oven-safe dish.
  4. Top with sliced banana and chocolate chips.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes or microwave for 3–4 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Top with maple syrup if desired and enjoy warm!
