Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cup Salted Caramel Protein Pancake Mix
- 1/2 cup light milk
- 3 tbsp mini chocolate chips
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a loaf pan with baking paper.
Step 2: In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth with just a few small lumps remaining.
Step 3: Add the egg and whisk until well combined with the mashed banana.
Step 4: Mix in the Salted Caramel Protein Pancake Mix and light milk until you have a smooth, thick batter.
Step 5: Fold in the mini chocolate chips, ensuring they're evenly distributed throughout the batter.
Step 6: Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Step 7: Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Step 8: Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Slice into 9 pieces once completely cooled.
