Strawberry Biscoff Pancake Stack
The Protein Pancake
½ cup of Buttermilk The Protein Pancake Mix
½ cup of water
1 pack of Biscoff biscuits
2 tablespoons Biscoff spread
Milk (we used oat)
Mix up a bowl of Buttermilk protein pancake mix using ½ cup of mix to ½ cup of water.
Break up a small packet of Biscoff pieces and add them to the batter. Keep a small amount for topping afterward!
Pour your Buttermilk x Biscoff mix into the pan and flip up a great big stack of pancakes.
Add sliced strawberries to the top of your stack.
Break up the remaining pieces of Biscoff & sprinkle them over the top of your stack.
Drizzle with maple syrup and or an optional biscoff sauce.
Add 2 tablespoons of biscoff spread to a small saucepan.
Gradually add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until you reach a consistency suitable for pouring over the baked protein pancakes.
