Banana Protein Loaf

Customer made Banana Bread, TPP Style

 

Who doesn't love banana bread? Well even if you don't someone in your house will. It's a childhood classic! 

Prep your protein snack for the week, your future self will thank you. 

 

Prep Time - 3 minutes

Cook Time - 18 minutes

Serves - 4

Category - Recipe 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Buttermilk or Cookies & Cream TPP Mix
  • Just under 1 cup of Water (add slowly)
  • 3 old bananas (the reason for less water)

Method / Directions

  1. Add your mix & water to a bowl, add your water in parts and mix until a thick batter is achieved

  2. Mash your bananas & add to the mix

  3. Pour into baking trays. Bake at 180C until cooked through

Pro tip: to see if it's baked through use the ol' knife trick... if comes out clean, it's ready!

It smells amazing and I don’t eat bananas. I used baking paper which was a messy mistake but I would definitely try this recipe again. Thanks for sharing!
