Instructions
- Step 1: In a mixing bowl, add the Chocolate Protein Pancake Mix and milk (or water). Stir until you get a smooth, thick batter with no lumps.
- Step 2: Gently fold in half of the chocolate chips (1 tbsp) into the batter - don't overmix!
- Step 3: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.
- Step 4: Pour approximately 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface.
- Step 5: Flip the pancakes carefully and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
- Step 6: Stack your pancakes on a plate. Top with sliced banana, remaining chocolate chips, and a drizzle of maple syrup.
- Step 7: Optional: Add a dollop of Greek yoghurt for extra protein and creaminess.
💡 Tips
For extra fluffy pancakes, let the batter rest for 2 minutes before cooking. Use a ripe banana for natural sweetness - the spots mean more flavour!
