1 cup of Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix
1 cup of water (for the pancake mix)
1/2 cup of M&M Speckled Eggs, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup of dark chocolate, melted
1/4 cup of maple syrup
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix and water until smooth.
Gently fold in the chopped M&M Speckled Eggs.
