Shipping policy

Section 1 - Australian Shipping

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Victoria using Australia Post or the most suitable courier for your location. While we always strive to dispatch orders on time, high order volumes may occasionally cause delays. In such cases, we reserve the right to extend the handling time if necessary.

We process and fulfil orders within 2 business days, with same-day dispatch if placed before 11:30 AM AEST, excluding weekends and public holidays, unless otherwise stated.

Free shipping is available on orders over $100 AUD (automatically applied at checkout). This offer applies only to Australian orders. While we would love to extend this to international customers, current postage costs make it unsustainable.

 

Section 2 - International Shipping

International deliveries are typically handled by a local courier upon arrival in your country. While we always strive to dispatch orders on time, high order volumes may occasionally cause delays. In such cases, we reserve the right to extend the handling time if necessary.

We process and fulfil international orders within 2 business days, with same-day dispatch if placed before 11:30 AM AEST, excluding weekends and Australian public holidays, unless otherwise stated. (We're working hard to expand fulfilment overseas to enable faster shipping times).

If your country is not listed as a shipping destination at checkout, please contact us at help@theproteinpancake.co. We don’t want any flippers missing out and will do our best to ship to as many locations as possible!

 

Section 3 - International Taxes and Customs Charges

Please note that customs duties and tax fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. The Protein Pancake is not responsible for any additional taxes or customs charges incurred during shipping.

 

Section 4 - Shipping & Delivery Issues

The Protein Pancake will not be held responsible for items left unattended by your local postal service. Once an item is marked as ‘delivered’ in our tracking system, we recommend contacting your local courier directly for any delivery-related enquiries. They are best equipped to resolve issues quickly. Be sure to have your tracking number on hand when reaching out. If you need any further help, we’re always here.

If a delivery is returned to sender, The Protein Pancake is not responsible for covering the cost of reshipping. The customer must pay the additional shipping fee before the parcel can be re-dispatched.

 

Section 5 - Order Mistakes & Changes

Please double-check your order before completing your purchase, as The Protein Pancake is not responsible for incorrect selections made at checkout. If you accidentally order the wrong product or enter the wrong shipping address, we are unable to offer refunds or cancel the order once it has been processed. 

If you realise an error, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. While we can’t guarantee changes due to fast fulfilment, we’ll do our best to correct mistakes before your order is dispatched.
