Here's the honest pitch: high quality wheat flour, a whey and pea protein isolate blend, and water is the only thing you add. Every order ships from our South Australia warehouse. The Protein Pancake mixes carry around 1g of sugars per 40g serve, apart from Cookies & Cream at 2.0g. That extra gram is the cookie crumb doing its thing, and we'd rather tell you than dress it up! Our mixes are sweetened with thaumatin, a natural sweetener, and the full nutrition panel sits on the back of every bag.

Our pancakes are designed to taste like normal pancakes, not like a protein shake that met a frypan. We think they pull it off, and our customers say the same. The flavour is built into the mix rather than bolted on: Buttermilk is the classic, Salted Caramel and Cookies & Cream are the indulgent end. No proteiny aftertaste!
