A quick and simple protein pancake recipe using grated carrot, an egg, cinnamon, pancake mix, and milk. This may be a Gluten Free recipe but you can easily substitute in our regular Buttermilk protein pancake mix if you prefer!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup TPP Gluten Free Protein Pancake Mix
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon (to taste)
- 1/4 cup grated carrot
- 1/2 cup milk (full cream or almond, whatever you prefer)
- 2 tbsp greek yoghurt (topping)
- 5 almonds (topping)
- 1 serve TPP Sugar Free Maple Flavoured Syrup (topping)
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large bowl or jug, mix together; pancake mix, milk, grated carrot, egg & cinnamom.
- Step 2: Heat a medium sized non-stick pan - pour in your mix in small-medium sized pancakes.
- Step 3: Cook until brown on both sides and stack up!
- Step 4: Top your stack with greek yoghurt, crushed almonds, some extra grated carrot & some maple syrup. Enjoy!
💡 Tips
Reserve a small amount of grated carrot to top the pancake stack with!
