Chocolate Chip Protein Muffin Recipe
We've been working on bringing you more ways to 'flip' recently. These protein muffins are super easy to make & make the perfect meal prep snack, or snack for kids lunch boxes! This recipe uses our Maple flavoured protein pancake mix, but any of our flavoured mixes will do. 🧁

Cook Time - 18-25 minutes

Ingredients
- 1 cup of Maple flavoured Protein Pancake Mix
- 2 tsp stevia or sweetener of choice
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¾ cup milk of choice (I used almond milk)

¼ cup sugar free chocolate chips (to fold in)
Optional: pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg
✅ Higher protein option: try adding some of the milk for Greek Yoghurt, Cottage Cheese or an Egg! For example; replace ¼ cup of milk for ¾ cup of Greek yoghurt.
Method / Directions
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Line or grease a muffin tray for 8 muffins.
- In a bowl, mix the pancake mix, sweetener, and baking powder.
- Add the milk and stir until a smooth batter forms.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Divide batter evenly into the muffin tray and bake for 18-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool and enjoy (try not to eat all in one sitting)! 😉
