- Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix + ½ cup water.
- Cook on a nonstick pan with lid until fluffy. Flip & cook through.
Protein Nutella
- Stir together 1 tbsp pumpkin purée,
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 10 g chocolate protein powder
- 5 g cocoa powder
- A splash of maple syrup
Assemble
- Spread the creamy chocolate mix on your giant pancake.
