Fancy flipping up something a bit different? Try this pancake pizza! Perfect for a dessert or breakfast twist to make with kids. Keep the topping fruity & healthy and it'll feel like a treat without the guilt!

Pancake Base

 

Protein Nutella

  • Stir together 1 tbsp pumpkin purée, 
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 10 g chocolate protein powder
  • 5 g cocoa powder
  • A splash of maple syrup

 

Assemble

  1. Spread the creamy chocolate mix on your giant pancake.
  2. Add fresh sliced strawberries, banana, and blueberries.

     

    Slice it like pizza & enjoy!
