Method / Directions

  1. Pre-heat your waffle maker
  2. Mix protein pancake mix + milk + olive oil
  3. Optional but recommended: spray waffle iron with olive oil spray
    1. I also have this hack if I don't have spray - I just put some olive oil in the maker, close it & then shake the maker. It does a good job of coating it.
  4. Pour mix into the waffle maker
  5. Cook for 4-8 minutes depending on how crispy you want your waffles!Ā 
  6. Remove & top with slices of banana and maple syrup!Ā
