Ingredients
Makes one pancake bowl:

1/3 cup of Protein Pancake Mix (flavour of your choice but we recommend Salted Caramel or Buttermilk)
- 15g vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 small egg
- 1/3 cup almond milk

Handful of blueberries
Method / Directions
- Mix everything in an oven/microwave-safe bowl.
- Fold in blueberries.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25-30 min or microwave for 3-4 min.
- Top with sugar-free maple syrup and enjoy!
