Choc Chip Protein Pancakes

Quick and easy way to spruce up your next pancake stack. 

Ingredients

  • Buttermilk TPP Mix 
  • Chocolate chips 
  • Banana and Strawberry
  • Hazelnut spread 
  • Vanilla yoghurt

 

Method

  1. Just mix up a batch of Buttermilk pancake mix and add some choc chip buttons or broken up pieces of chocolate to the mix.
  2. Pour into the pan and cook. 
  3. Top with Vanilla Yoghurt, hazelnut spread, fresh fruit and if you are keen pour some maple syrup over the top!
