Chocolate Protein Donuts

Here's a nice and easy twist on our chocolate protein pancake mix everyone can try! 

All you need is:

  • Chocolate Protein Pancake Mix 
  • Donut mould / tray (Coles sell a good one)
  • Optional : Chopped walnuts 
  • Optional : Maple Donut glaze (or just dunk in maple syrup)

 

Method

  1. Mix up some chocolate protein pancake mix and divide into donut tray. 
  2. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. 
  3. Top with glaze and chopped walnuts... try not to eat all in one sitting!

 

Maple Donut Glaze:

  • 1 ½ cups icing sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla extract

Maple Donut Glaze:

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients
  • Whisk until silky and smooth
  • If you want it thinner add a little more milk
